About Us

At the southern tip of Istria, between the bay of Medulin and Pula, we have built in the idyllic village
Sisan our "Villa Salzburg". We gave the modern, spacious, in Istrian style and lovingly decorated home the name, because we found in Salzburg a second home and workplace with our two children Andrijana and Marko.
At the Villa Salzburg you can enjoy the southern country life to the fullest. The clear air, beautiful countryside and pleasant calm, only by the enjoyable birds chirping in the morning and evening disturbed, will inspire you. Your children will have on our large fenced playground enough space to play undisturbed.

Šišan has its own coastline with numerous beaches and coves, unspoiled nature, which fortunately has not advanced the urbanization. On this beaches you can enjoy your quiet and pleasant holiday.

Offer

At Villa Salzburg currently you can choose:
- 3 apartments with ~40m², each for 4 persons (bedroom, living room)
- 1 apartment with ~60m² for 6 persons (2x bedroom, living room)
- 1 studio with ~20m² for 2 persons

• a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave...)
• a living room (double bed)
• TV with satellite programs, Astra, Hotbird, with ORF card (next to the dining area)
• a large bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin (towels and hair dryer)
• a bedroom with double bed
• a loggia with table and chairs
• we also have air conditioning (5€ per day)
• wireless internet (with own laptop)
• bed linen and towels are provided

• Cleaning on demand.
• In the garden you'll enjoy the deck chair.
• It is possible to use the washing machine, if arranged with the owners.
• For recreational activities we have a few bicycles for you.

In addition to this offer, we still have 1 apartment of the Category 4 Stars in planning (~100 m², terrace ~36 m², swimming pool)

Nude beach, biking, hiking, birdwatching, swimming in the sea, boat trips (from Pula e.g. to Brioni, Rasabay or Rijeka), theatre and opera festival in the amphitheatre in Pula, sailing, surfing (schools), diving (diving school), water skiing, bay kayaking, tennis.
